All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
The Program is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

We stand behind the quality of The Early Language System and offer a 30-day conditional satisfaction guarantee.
This guarantee is designed to protect both our customers and our business, especially in light of the growing incidence of digital consumer fraud, content misuse, and refund abuse within the online education industry.
We take these matters seriously and have structured our policy to ensure fairness and integrity for all participants.
5.2 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
Submit a Written Request Within 30 Days
Your refund request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
Demonstrate Meaningful Engagement
You must demonstrate reasonable participation in the Program.
This may include:
Viewing or completing core modules
Logging into your account
Accessing materials
Making a genuine effort to implement the guidance
Provide an Explanation
Your request must include a clear explanation of why the Program did not meet your expectations.
Refunds are not available to individuals who have not made a genuine effort to review or engage with the Program.
5.3 Protection Against Misuse
Due to the increase in digital content misuse and refund fraud across online platforms:
We reserve the right to verify account activity and engagement history.
Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, misrepresentation, repeated refund patterns, chargeback threats, or unauthorized content retention.
Access to the Program may be revoked immediately upon refund approval.

5.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted if:

All decisions are final and binding.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In the event of a chargeback:
We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, login history, IP records, and engagement data to the payment processor.
Your access to the Program will be immediately terminated.
You may be ineligible to purchase future products from EarlyBrainLab.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarlyBrainLab shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, income, or opportunity
Developmental outcomes related to Program use

Individual developmental progress
Timelines
Suitability for every child
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Program if:

Unauthorized sharing is detected
Fraudulent activity is suspected
No refunds will be issued for termination due to violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
